I’ve had some bad deadlines but this takes the cake.
Right now we have two overlapping deadlines that are a day apart and we’re later than a whore’s pregnancy test. So am I complaining? Nah. For what? There’s a job to do so we have to get it done. In the next week or so we’re going to have to wrap up the newest issues of BBI, HH, Altered Egos while also starting up on the infamous Ultimate Wheel & Tire Guide. It’s gonna be a bitch of a time but it’ll make Thanksgiving that much more of a blessing. It’s actually times like this that put your patience, sleep and crew to the test and so far we’re doing OK….at least by our standards.
In about an hour or so we’ve also got two interviews going down with features from the UK and in just a few more hours we’ll be ramping up for a shoot in Orange County as well as another shoot that goes down over in Rosemead. Right now I think we’re all suffering from mental brain farts, constipation of the fingers and diarrhea of the brain cells but it’ll pan itself out and it’ll be just a matter of time before life goes back on cruise control. In the meantime, it’s all about Starbucks, energy drink and tooth picks to keep our eyes open. Thanks for checking in and I’ll have more updates shortly.
