The Catch over in Anaheim has been one of top picks when it comes to good eats and after shutting down (to move to a new location down the street) they’re finally back open – well sort of. I went down there a few days ago to grab a bite to eat and it turns out that they were still closed but luckily for us they were getting back into the groove by having a soft opening in order to get the chefs, waitresses and entire team back into the groove. Well, luckily enough for us, the owner spotted us and told us to grab a seat and said that we’d be helping him out and doing him a favor. So you already knew we ran for seats and got ready for another great meal over at The Catch. The first thing they did was hand you an envelope with instructions and then our waitress came over to brief us on how it was going to go down.
