Regardless of where you live or what your surrounded by there’s always room to be inspired. Whether it be something as simple as the design of a shoe inspiring your interior revamp or your buddies ’31 giving you the urge to draw, just take a look around ’cause there’s something that should get you up and moving….or at least thinking.

You can even draw inspiration from people both good and bad. The good will inspire you to improve yourself while the bad will make you want to avoid their costly and asinine mistakes. Take for example someone I just recently met who is so O.C.D. organized that its made me reevaluate not only my definition of organization but also the way I handle my personal life. On the flip side, others inspire me to work harder while others make me realize that you don’t need a whole lot to really be happy.

On another note, I was talking to a homie a few weeks ago about the meat business and he opened me up to something I had never thought of….and that’s the relativity of corn prices and his business. He said that the price of corn affected the price of meat because corn was to meat what baking soda was to cocaine…a filler.  Corn is what helps bulks up most of the animals and it not only opened my eyes up to the way I looked at corn but also made me think more about his strategic planning and outlook on business. In short it inspired me to learn more about how other industries evaluate and strategize their business conditions based on factors you would have otherwise never thought about.

Mr. Yuta, Mr. Katu, me and Oscar.

Mr. Yuta and Mr. Katu flew in from Japan yesterday and they’re always a blast to kick it with. Mr Yuta who was big in the lowriding scene started his business six years ago at the age of 13, and now that the low-low market has become stagnant he’s changed up his business plan by diversifying and diving deep into the exotic car market. Mr. Katu on the other hand has deep paper but he’ll never act the part of the stereotypical rich guy. Nowadays you’ll see far too may people faking the funk and playing the role of that mad doggin’, gangsta millionaire but not Mr. Katu. This guy can’t keep a straight face, is always f*ckin’ around, and the only time he was ever serious was when he found out that the blown motor on his Ferrari F40 would cost him $200K – only to make a joke of the whole ordeal a few hours later.
