Sorry for the rash of video posts but they’re a perfect way to finish off a Friday afternoon. I havent had the time to download the new pics and this morning we knocked out a photoshoot for Lowrider Magazine and now it’s off to another pre-screen for someone that’s waited almost a year to get in. Check back in later and enjoy the rest of your Friday!

Andy’s 300 reppin up in Pleasonton this past weekend.

If there was ever an epic battle between Chrysler 300’s it’s definitely between Jay and Andy and from the last I heard Andy said, “Come and get it cuddy” and Jay’s response was, “Ohh don’t worry I’m gunna bring it.” It’s a friendly battle that’s funny as f*ck to watch and they’re both big supporters that hold down the HH fam.

post SHOTS FROM SUNDAY NIGHT….

July 29th, 2009

After the show, Jazmin (Xplozur) setup an after party for the HH crew and considering that it was a Sunday night the turnout was pretty damn cool. It wasn’t too packed – and it wasn’t totally dead – and it made for a better night to chill out with the homies and new friends.

A few more random flicks from the Extreme Autofest trip.

This week started off slow so it’s time to double up and get back on the ball. I’m headed out to Bradbury for a meeting, then off to Glendale and then Burbank and then I’ll trickle my way back with stop offs over in Eagle Rock and Silver Lake (No…not to visit your homies Jay. LOL).

Crunch time is coming soon and we’ve got a lot of projects well underway so there’s really no time to get caught slippin’ and working efficiently is a definite priority.

Over the weekend we smashed out to SD for Extreme Autofest and to say that it was a pretty adventurous journey would be an understatement. For starters, there was a ton of traffic and so what should have taken an hour and a half turned into a three and half hour ordeal. To top it off, I forgot my computer at home but then again it wasn’t a bad thing and actually a good break.

Here’s a few random photos from the trip up as well as a few from our booth over at the show. The turnout for Extreme Autofest seemed to be stronger last year but it was still worth the trip up. More flicks to come later.

For me dope ass landscaping has always been a plus and if there’s one thing I can’t stand it’s the McMansions that have small ass driveways and concrete yards. When we first did a feature on Anthony in issue number two we could have done spread after spread of landscape photography but we kept it simple and focused more on his cars. Here’s a few photos that didn’t make it in the mag.   (more…)

Lastnight we hit up a few spots to grab some drinks, shoot the shit and celebrate with some friends as well as some of the movers and shakers that help make Heavy Hitters Magazine happen. It’s without restraint that I’ll tell you that the success of the magazine is a collaborative effort which not only includes the readers but also the higher ups that fight for a good cause and turn plans into action. Without Howard holding down the camp, Rudy manning the stations and Omar firing off sales, Heavy Hitters would all be nothing short of just another great idea and I’m lucky to work with guys that that I consider friends and brothers more so than coworkers. I passed by Top Stitch (Montebello, CA) to shoot the shit with the homies and to check on some interior work that’s getting done and saw this Camaro getting worked on. Looks like it’s going to be some fun once it’s done.
