After spending more than a year taking pictures in Kibera, Kenya – one of the largest slums of Africa. Photographer and artist, JR – has returned with not only photos but an artistic contrbution that will actually help the residents of the poverished community. His latest artistic installment covers over 2,000 square meters of rooftops with water proof material which is printed with the the eyes and faces of the women he had photographed from Kibera.

The train that passes through Kibera at least twice a day will be covered with eyes from the women that live below it.
