So if you’re a cheese lover (especially Mexican cheese from Cacique) then you’re going to trip on this. This cheese is their limited and very rare Cacique Family Reserve. Boxed in a custom pinewood casing it is only given out to certain people, once a year and it is never sold. So who got one? My sister.
This is considered the masterpiece of their art form and its official name is the Family Reserve Manchego.
